influence seems to be something the characters need to spend to do plots, so pabs influence was low because he is spending influence on an alliance.

The reason the orks are less op in my test, is because they reduced their lifespan meaning strong op orks die quickly, i think they also made it so orks rebel a lot so they can never expand as much as human kingdoms

So in this one save during the updates orcs and dwarves allied to fight elves, destroyed their civilization, orcs broke off from their alliance and killed off the dwarves. They just used the dwarves to kill off the elves so they could finish off the dwarves.

Im hoping for way way way more research and additional requirement neededd for specific researches to be implemented into the game. Also instead of just researching randomly i HOPE DEV actualy make so that the ai actualy makes people search/exlope and that way pasively start learning primitive lvl technologies,Then when bit furtehr then the ai will try to build monastery,then later library then later resarch buildig where specific set of tehcnologies will be unlocked and be able to be researched. But as i stated i hope BEGGINING PRIMITIV lvl technologies is made so that ai/npc dedicate 2 or 3 or more people to roam around (representing exploration of the suroudnins and learning) wich will pasively fill teh invisible/internal meter wich when reahed certain point will besicaly uncover the technology then the research will start to be qued up.
