Anna has a simple and precise way of saying it, that makes us realize. I first felt really good listening to her, because I resonated deeply. Then my mind started trying to make sense of it all, and it really doesn't work. It's something really beyond words, beyond the mind. In the end, not many words are left, which is very helpful in quieting the mind. For someone like me who deals with depression, anxiety, ruminating thoughts.... someone who feels scared, ashamed, and guilty of "who I am" because of human beliefs, this makes me feel at peace. If there isn't me, I don't identify with anything anymore, I let go of how I people perceive me and how I perceive myself. And there is freedom. I feel somehow grief, and emptiness, cause we are so identified with the me (personality, our body, our mind, our thoughts and emotions). So, emotions have been coming and going, and they're positive and negative, but I feel lighter, my mind is quieter, I'm a lot more at peace. Sending love, everybody/nobody! Thank you Anna, for the reflection and the tap on the nose!

I feel like there is so much truth behind her eagerness, her eyes, and her severing energy. It's not something that feels good or right to me, but it is still interesting. In my point of view, this kind of illusory "non-duality" is a deflation of the human experience. Yes, we are everything and nothing all at once, but we still hold the truth within our stories. I guess we get to choose what feels right... bless our spirits! Her state and energy is perfect and right for her, very cool. Thanks for sharing. Would advise caution watching this. Could be damaging for people who might want to immitate Anna in attempt to attain her 'insight' or 'experience'. She is unable to explain it herself, there's a clue in that. It could have an impact on your own mind, behaviours and relationships, and without undergoing the same practises, studies and experiences, you might not undertand why or how she holds her views and her outlook. It could lead to distress and confusion. Everyone is at different stages and understanding. Even if you were to have done what Anna had done it might manifest differently still. There is nothing wrong with investigating or following a spiritual path. Take it with a pinch of salt and do your own practise and find out for yourself, and be yourself :)

A whole lot of knowledge for not knowing anything. I feel people miss the idea of non-duality over and over and over again. It’s not about not seeing the differences it’s about realizing those differences complement each other and you must appreciate both of them to appreciate either. I never hear that put that way other than by the Buddha himself but everybody seems to miss it. It’s not about nothing and everything something and all things. It’s about appreciating all things because they work hand in hand. Look up Sadhguru. He’s truly the best, no b.s. approach to this journey we call life.

If the source is trying to know itself through experience and expression and we are of the source then under this veil of unknowing it makes perfect sense that we also strive to know itself through experience and expression. And there inlies the dance. Souce is simply being. We are simply being. We can complicate it and try to understand it all we want. Its only until a greater perspective of experience that we can gain a more clear picture of what everything is. Therefore, knowing itself is actually a false concept. What is the happening is the experience and expression of everything. And what this particular individual experience we call our life is just a fragment of it. Have fun folks, be unity and don't get too caught up in being the expression that you think is you.

So, I've been following your non duality videos for a while now. I was wondering where u put the new age beliefs. Like do you subscribe to that old belief system. Or do you say to yourself I was wrong. How does that unpack?
@MJS2241
@MJS2241 Жыл бұрын
Would I be correct in saying if it's a rabbit hole to loop yourself in getting involved in spirituality, then wouldn't it just be another rabbit hole to involve yourself in nonduality messages as well? Another thing I would like to point out is the fact that you say everything is already whole and lacking nothing. I feel that if someone is experiencing something that they do not like for example anxiety or depression, then wouldn't it be only wise to take an action to change that for the betterment? I would think so. Definitely wouldn't want to stay in that kind of state when there are options available for change. But this message says no change is ever needed . I dont see that to be apparently true. Growth cannot happen without making changes. And there are times when people need help in doing so. There's nothing wrong with that.
@jtvictoriajr
@jtvictoriajr 2 жыл бұрын
Nothing is Real. Real is nonchanging or formless.Therefore everything is Not real because everything is with form or changing. We are the reality or Nothing appearing as Forms. The appearance are just reflections but it is not a becoming. Just a misidentification. You can only experience one at a time either nothing or everything or someone. To say you can experience both at the same time is just a story of the person itself. Nothing is not in time and not in space and the other is in time and in space. You can convey a concept that everything is nothing appearing as everything but experientially not possible.

Anna's description sounds similar to Tony Parsons' message. I have listened to the message and started to have doubts. For example, can you read this sentence or can you only apparently read this sentence? I'm worried about the word 'apparent' being used as a cop out for the separate ego to sneak back in as an 'apparent personal story'. Even worse, that it leads to a split personality where one personality is 'nobody' and the other personality is the 'apparent personal story'. Reality as I see it, is, meaning is real, not apparently real.

Her description sounds similar to Tony's and also to the message from Rupert Spira. Take what you need in this moment. I started with Eckhart Tolle, move to Swami Sarvapriananda, to Rupert and Francis Lucille, now to Anna, Louis and Tony... everyone says the same thing but to a different audience on a different level of understanding. I think, at the beginning Anna's and Tony's message sounds a Lil bit to "radical" ... than you should leave them a looking for a path that serves you in the moment. At the and we all, I mean all "I's" , come to the same "goal" ... the world is a appearance, only Brahman is real... only you "are" and everything is the play of nothing. (You can read this sentence also in your dreams, how real are these sentences in your dream? Only apparent real)

Some honest and respectfully-intended questions: 1. Is there some specific drug experience these two have been through that makes them like this? Is this an effect of Ayahuasca, 5meo, or some other substance? And how much does it take for this kind of breakthrough to happen? Is this like a one-time experience, or is this years of repeated administration and connection to spiritual study? 2. How can anyone connect their circuitous, continuous-varying descriptions of "it", "reality", "the is," "the I", etc. to an experience someone like me can understand? It honestly feels like they're tripping and trying to describe the experience and trying to communicate some great chemical urgency. I understand about 5% of what they mean about "the self being an illusion," but is there some way to build on that? It feels like their statements are all completely out of order. halp!

So ontological mathematics is the study of the mathematical waveforms of mind that make up all of existence and your very being. The spacetime world isn't a material reality at all. It's the Holos, which is a mathematical Fourier projection from a frequency singularity known as the Source. Interesting. That was not my perception. Anna is very “wired” which could contribute to this. I don’t think Atlas is zoning out per se, I think he’s giving his full attention, processing and feeling into what is being said. Not just filling the silence with “empty” words so as to not “make it weird”. I appreciate this. It feels authentic. I also notice discomfort that comes up for me with silences in conversation but I don’t take it as seriously anymore. Also, I feel like it would be quite difficult for many to engage in a conversation like this for over an hour. Anna is so uncompromising and there’s kinda no where to go haha. With that in mind, these silences make a lot of sense.
