5:45 As far as I'm aware, that's just what driving on sand is like. You don't really get feedback from the wheels, so you have to guess based on the steering wheel.

Yeah it seems like BeamNG force feedback is much worse on different surfaces. Or maybe that's realistic I don't know 😂

It's realistic, when driving on sand the car could be slightly sliding but you wouldn't notice it due to the sand not being fully compacted. It actually happened to me in a Honda CR-V and I noticed that I was sliding when the car had rotated like 10 degrees lol

Players with little to no real world experience like to kick BeamNG's FFB as being numb or not communicative. Forgetting the devs never prized themselves on conveying False "Positive" Feedback like most sim racing games do. Even on menus they'd warn you to be careful with certain settings as it'll lead to unexpected forces in the real world. Majority of road cars are as numb as they come especially when power steering is installed which BeamNG simulates. Gets more laughable when you see sim racing fanboys on forums attributing fake FFB with good physics 🤣. Forgetting they're sitting on stationary chair with negative inertia, gforce and vibrations. It hasn't occurred to them that driving with realistic feedback would always be more difficult than reality.

@@kak8895 Indeed! I daily my 1991 Lancer GTI 16V, and while it is a decently agile hot hatch, it also has a rather boosted power steering, so it doesnt really give me much feedback. I have brand new riken all weather tires, and the car itself is fine, so its definetly just the power steering. The G27 wheel I use for beam gives me about the same feedback on my Mk 1 Pessima config I have to emulate my car, so its pretty spot on!

12:17 the covratti is based on RoadKill MazdaRatti. The mazdaratti is a rotary Mazda pickup that some one put a buick v8 and tornado transmission into to make it rear engine. It was stolen I think around 2015 give or take and they are soon to be making another

The rear latch should have been lowered into the rear bumper. Och cant slide things out, you must lift it over the latch all the time.
