Actually it does say that He will make a new name for Himself that all the world will know and Jesus is just that. He has many names and it’s the time of the gentiles not Hebrews still. Also the Hebrews also made His name YaHoVaH so holy that no one could say it and that was a horrible sin in their part. He told them to spread His name out to teach it to everyone not just the Hebrews but they took their worship of His name way too far that they sinned instead of showing respect
