Sinangag meets Brazilian sausage 😋

Ingredients:
4 eggs
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
6 hotdogs
4 Brazilian sausages
1 homemade salted egg, halved
Vinegar dip
2 tbsp cooking oil (for eggs and hotdogs)
1tbsp (for rice)
5 cups cooked rice
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp butter
Pyramid salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the Eggs:
•Heat a wok and add 1 tbsp oil.
•Fry the 4 eggs sunny side up, then top them with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
•Once done, set aside.
2. Fry the Hotdogs & Brazilian Sausage:
•In the same pan, fry the 6 hotdogs and 4 Brazilian sausages until golden brown.
•Set aside on a plate with the eggs.
•Add the vinegar dip in a small saucier on the center of the plate.
•Crack the homemade salted egg in half and place it on the plate.
3. Prepare Garlic Butter Fried Rice:
•Heat the wok again and add 1 tbsp oil.
•Sauté 3 tbsp of minced garlic until fragrant.
•Add 2 tbsp of butter and stir until melted.
•Toss in the 5 cups of cooked rice and mix thoroughly until well combined.
•Season with pyramid salt to taste.
4. Serve & Enjoy:
Plate everything together:
• garlic butter fried rice, Parmesan eggs, fried hotdogs, Brazilian sausages, and the salted egg. •Enjoy your hearty breakfast with the vinegar dip!
