as a kid i thought the minoton was bad a**. i had no idea chewbacca was in there. and the spell that wouldn't completely change the stepmother from a seagull was horrifying, especially her curdling wail when she saw her foot.

I love the matte painting of the Pyramid in Hyperborea, hardly "poor."

Of course ! It’s a great matte painting it’s all about perspective, i am meaning in terms of viewing it 40 years later. Compared to other’s films released at the time, the blue screen work is poor. Thanks for sharing and for watching 🙏

I would have liked at least two more Sinbad films. "Sinbad and The Seven Wonders of the World" is a good concept, and I recall one early title being called "Sinbad and the Valley of the Genies" being thrown around right after 7th Voyage. I'm not a fan of the Mars one. This film is not bad, but it is the weakest out of the 3 due to certain circumstances from rushed development, on set politics, casting issues and released during the Star Wars craze didn't help. I really like the Sinbad Trilogy and really wish we had gotten more from that series, as well as one more Greek Film from Harryhausen, like The Odyssey.
