Ingredients for easy minced meat stuffed Turkish bread bazlama pide recipe
for the dough
200 ml of warm water
200 ml of warm milk
100 ml of oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
7 g of dry yeast
600-650 g flour (The amount of flour varies according to the quality of the flour)
1 teaspoon salt
inner stuffing
2 medium onions
2-3 green peppers
A bunch of parsley
1 tomato
500 g medium fat ground beef
Salt
Black pepper
paprika
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
2-3 tablespoons of oil
for the slurry
1 heaping tablespoon of flour
80 ml cold water
80 ml of boiling water
