How exciting!! I’m still new to The Ordinary I’ve been using The Skinimalist Set ( Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, Caffeine Solution 5%, Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed) along with the glycolic acid 7% toner. Is this new product safe to add into that routine??🥰

According to The Ordinary they don't recommend using the new Aloe 2% + NAG 2% with direct acids which would be Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid etc. You can use it with the other products mentioned though 😉

I haven't been using the product long enough to be able to say for sure but I do believe Azelaic Acid or any other type of direct acid may work quicker as it's stronger but again not 100% certain.. I will have to report back in time..

Quick Question. I just stated Tret - Should I put under my eyes and on my eye lids?

If you are new to Tret I wouldn't apply it to your under eyes until you know how your skin tolerates to it.. I have been using Tret for over 3 years and I still can't use it directly under the eyes or even on the eye lids as I experience a lot of dry/flaky skin.. Some people do apply it to the eye area but you just need to be cautious..

It's hard to say for sure.. The Ordinary claims it can help with raised and dipped post-acne marks. I personally haven't seen before and after pic's so I am not 100% certain if it will help with dipped marks but those are the claims they are making 🤷🏼‍♀️ Worth a try as it's still an affordable serum... If you do try it please give me an update!

It’s sticky on me too, I can’t stand it 😔 makes me really not want to use it despite all the benefits because it’s sticky and will pill with any moisturizer I use

The Buffet serum can feel tacky on the skin especially if you apply too much.. I personally don't mind that texture but it's not everyones thing.. I will say I have never experienced pilling with it but depending on what else you're pairing with it can lead to this...

You could as it's a wash off product but anything being left on the skin like a serum, toner etc isn't recommended

This serum is great for uneven texture and tone so yes it can help. I would say yes it would likely be fine to use it with a Salicylic Acid cleanser as it's not left on the skin for too long.
