Can you explain why UA > haunt > COA > corruption is the highest DPS opener? Would Shadow Bolt first (5% crit) first not be better? In other words, could you explain starting rotation please! Thanks

on a boss like this that you can not precast shadow bolt you will use the mages scorch which gives the same 5 percent crit buff and you always UA First for the best chance to proc your 4p set bonus
