Our childhood spent after watching rachana di's movie when there was only 1-2 television in entire village and odisha was not industrialised much full of jungles in bhubaneswar. Hats of to these actors and actress who were shooting during those conditions and odisha film industry was not well known during those times still they made our childhood memorable with their commendable contributions. I remember when half of the people in village were sitting in front of tv and watching their movies and that was the special day for us as we were about to bunk the tuitions. Even movies were selected if both costars are together acted Sidhant and Rachana.. I have many bengali friends and usually share these memories that amount of fame and publicity Rachana di has in Odisha comparatively much more than WB. Even small child in village knows her.. Truly a great thanks to old odia film fraternity specially to Sidhant bhai, Rachana di, Uttam sir, mihir sir and many more...
