Hey Nepali here, i usually eat 2 pm and Current (both 2x spicy) with fried buffalo keema which for me enriches the flavour even more. For this reason, i always make sure to have a stock of buff keema as it can also be used to make mo:mo at home.

If you plan to visit Nepal, do not limit your stay to Kathmandu. It's quite crowded and you may not enjoy all your time in one city. DO NOT miss Pokhara and Chitwan!! Travel near mountain range is a must. ❤

Tama is a young bamboo which is very famouse in nepal . it is eaten as vegetable and some people even store it in a bottle by just adding salt and which becomes sour after some days and add in soup also eat sour tama which is very delicious
