I was so fortunate to see Tammy Wynette in concert two times in Redbay Alabama. Till I can make it on my own is a tear jerker 😢 seems Tammy Wynette sung her heartaches to us. She is my favorite country super star and always will be. RIP TAMMY

Oh I love watching Tammy in her videos. I opened for her in several shows up and down the East Coast. I was a professional Illusionist and Escape Artist and she loved watching me get out of a Straight Jacket but every time I told her I Loved her music and she loved hearing that.

Wow, that was wonderful of her to shake hands and hug that man. Many of the famous do not have that trust factor. What an honor that would have been for them all. Tammy was so beautiful, down to earth, and loving.

As a waitress I waited on Tammy and Jan Howard around 1996 or 97 at a meat n 3 in Green Hills, Nashville. My knees were knocking against each other as I walked over with their water. They both made me feel relaxed immediately. I met a lot of stars while working there. Meeting Tammy was a dream come true. I will never forget how sweet and down to earth she was.

I believe she passed in 1996. I was shocked then and am still outraged at the manner in which she died. She was the Queen of Country Music with an angelic perfected voice that, only she could deliver. She was great and I listen to her music every chance I get! What a performer we had in Tammy Wynette. Thanks to those who made it available, we are very grateful.

@@suzannerobichaud5074 Yes, she died not long after I met her. She was very thin and didn't eat much. She said she heard our biscuits were wonderful and that's what she asked for. I think it was at her memorable where her husband said he never left her side for the last 5 years. He was not with Jan and her that day. Makes me wonder what else he lied about. 🤔

Tammy’s band & her back up singers (esp Karen) all had the same exceptional talent she had, & I’d like to know more about them as a group & individually. But I can’t find any info. Can anyone help me out with that?
@RitaMalikfour4 жыл бұрын
The only thing I could find out was Tammy , in distress would give hand singals to them when she couldn’t hit certain notes, and according to the hand signs, they would fill in for her on those notes she wasn’t able to do depending on her health, watch her hands during a part of a song that demanded a higher note that she just was too sick to do she would put her hand behind her back, guestures different aids, like a fist meant she couldn’t hit a note example
@gussiedudley18863 жыл бұрын
@@RitaMalikfour wasn't that sad. I read where she was in the Hospital & would unplug herself to do her Show's. That was a string & willing Woman to keep. Her promise to her Fans. LOVE Tammy so much. Also when she & George Jones performed together. Their harmony together was the greatest.

I’m aware she always had a wig or piece on her at all times but this shirt hair sure sided in aging her, she needs long hair I’m sure she’s more comfortable but. It easily added ten plus years to het , she’s one if those that looked way better with hair,
