Commenting 2/4/20 at 640am EST...from southern RI, USA.....Except for those very very pesky frequent video ADs interrupting a few times.....the overall video of this takeoff is simply OUTSTANDING.....just LUVS it...big big time..awesome on the overall cameramanship here.....nice voices from the cabin's PA system too....in such multi-languages too..... and BTW....at 10:00 a line of dark roll clouds shows up..possibly an impending Tstorm over the area....as Singapore get some 160 Tstorm days per year.....more than Florida gets....love the scene above all low level clouds and the like...and the deep clear blue skies above...which spices up this amazing video even more so....Indeed..Singaore is one place where one will NEVER have to shovel snow, heeheee....as it is hot and humid 24/7/365/366-ly....

Stunning video you have! I would like to try it someday. It seems much more quieter than 787 especially on the ground. Until today I still can't forget the whining noise of 787 hydraulic system while taxing to runway and the cabin itself was poorly insulated.

loved this video. especially getting to see the land clearance n preparation for terminal 5. all that is reclaimed land. then the magical fluffy clouds. just beautiful :) i didnt realise that SQ put the A350 on the KL route. would have loved to see some footage of the cabin though.

Thank you for the comment Colin. It really is amazing to see how far Singapore and the aviation industry has progressed over the years. Singapore Airlines introduced the A350 on regional routes such as KL and Jakarta for crew familiarization and if I am not mistaken, these flights are still running. Nice takeoff! Unfortunately when the pilot extend and retract the flaps it's so noisy. And the wing view was nice. The engines are not to noisy either.

+orl channel This is the A350, the newest member of the Airbus family. I flew this aircraft from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. This aircraft is currently being used for crew familiarization to destinations such as KL, Jakarta and Hong Kong before its official flight to Amsterdam on 9th May.

+Ifly 777 I am impressed at the quality of the iPhone 6s myself too, my camera plans can wait for awhile now =) Ahh yes, we were on hold for the Firefly ATR to land from Ipoh. The A350's engines were not very loud during takeoff, it actually is softer than most of its competitors.
