Lovely Cambodia trip. Angkor Wat looked so beautiful and the killing fields so moving. Definitely on my bucket list. Next trip we are headed to Japan in November

Oh hey it's my old backyard :) I used to live near IMM, back when it was rather more backwater and IMM was the only mall in the area. We used to complain how much of a walk it was from the MRT station. And yeah the price of everything's come up. To be fair, that's probably true of most of the world nowadays.

Hey Jason こんにちは! Yes we remember when you had to catch the bus from the station. It's a pretty easy walk now (right through the hospital!) and they've done a great job in connecting it all together.

In Singapore 🇸🇬, whether you eat at a Hawker Center or food court in a mall, you first must search for an empty table and ‘hawk’ your space with packets of tissues to occupy your space, so you can sit down once you have purchased your food.

Nowadays, one could find a comfort spot for a budget meal all over island-wide hawker centres. Returning the trays and not messy up the common dining is good for everyone. Alas, hot humid weather is still remained unsolvable and helpless. 😂

@clementihammock7572 welcome to the channel, glad you found us! Yes, hawker centres are amazingly high quality and value. Michelin starred food for less than $8! It was good to see that hadn't changed. I wouldn't mind a bit of heat and humidity, it was 3c here this morning 🙂

If you do your shopping and purchases at local town shop outlets, the items are much cheaper than malls with international brands.
