Rice Noodles Vermicelli - 2 sticks / 150g appx
Water - 1 liter
Oil - 2 tbsp
Paneer - 100g
Capsicum - 1 cup sliced (3 colors)
Cabbage - 1 cup
Spring Onion Stalks - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 2 tbsp
Onion - ½ cup
Roasted Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Curry Powder - 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Split - 2
Water - ¼ cup
Lemon Juice - ½ tsp

Yeman, When you water cook the noodles, it is always wise to add a spoon of oil and a litlle salt when you dunk in boiling water. This will let noodles keep seperate and not stick. This noodle is made in Thailand and not in Singapore. We never recook the noodles . They are cooked once only and eaten.
