Singapore to/from Bali SQ 942 & 943 | Book The Cook | Business Class 787-10

These are two of the flights in our first Business Class experience booked as part of a mileage run. It was a real treat for us to discover that we were to be on board the the latest Singapore Airlines 2018 Business Class product, Boeing 787, just released a couple of months before.
We had to try the popular "Classic Lobster Thermidor" in Book the Cook which turned out pretty average. But a wonderful experience all the same :)

WE LOVE SINGAPORE
Since we are a travel channel, here's some facts from our (very small) part of the world - the sunny island of Singapore!
1. Singapore is not in China - we lie on the equator with an average humidity of 80%.
2. Singapore's original land mass was 581.5 sq km, expanded by reclamation to 721.5 sq km as it is today.
3. We have a population of 5.8 million.
4. We are a multi-racial country with 76.1% Chinese, 15% Malay, 7.4% Indian, 1.5% Others (2016 est.)
5. Singapore emerged as the world's safest country in the 2018 Gallup's survey.
6. Singapore's Changi Airport won the title of the world's best airport, sixth year in a row, in Skytrax World Airport Awards 2018.
7. Singapore is famously (or infamously) known to be a very clean and fine city, where chewing gums are banned.
