Hi this vlog is of few months back at that time Indians had to get visa, from Dec onwards it’s visa free but yes u need to fill online mdac form they will check, incase u forget u will have to fill it at immigration centre

Yes it can happen, it happened in our bus, a couple didn’t came back from immigration but our bus waited for them for an hour and then finally left, if immigration stops u then bus don’t wait more
