The market almost always bring in fresh stock every day. So it is not necessary to avoid Tuesday to buy what you need. Singapore does not have local pigs for almost 30 years. Used to be Malaysian pigs until they got the Nipah fever. So only left with Indonesian, Australian and Sarawak pork. Someone tried bringing Canadian pork but they are too gamey for Singaporeans.

Yuki 鹵肉有点日式, 台式会加很多红葱苏, 酒之类。可以煮久一点才会入味
