I am a Chinese student studying in Malaysia. I was lucky enough to take a Singapore Airlines flight from Beijing to Kuala Lumpur this month. Because I suddenly fell ill two days before the flight, I was positive for COVID-19 and had a high fever, so I was unable to board the plane on time. Singapore Airlines changed my flight for free, arranged a window seat, and provided me with two meals for my lack of appetite. Thank you very much for Singapore Airlines’ excellent service. I hope I will have the opportunity to fly with Singapore Airlines again in the future!❤

I think that’s most of the airline groups will do. They don’t want a sick personnel on board for hygiene reason. If there is any airline does not allow you to postpone your flight for this reason, DO NOT FLY WITH THEM ANYMORE, they are taking profits more important than safety. But you made the right decision. You must be talking about SQ21 which itself started back on June 28th 2004. A350-900ULR inaugural service October 2018. That's the route I'm planning to do back to MNL from EWR because I can get the ticket cheaper than PR127 JFK-MNL if booked in advance. By combining SQ21 to the 11pm arrival SQ918.

Singapore Airlines makes me realize how a commercial airline can still tend to its economic guests in the best way possible with an affordable price range. I'm Vietnamese and apart from Vietnam Airlines which I can refer to as "decent", none of the Vietnamese domestic airliners can be compared to Singapore Airlines in terms of experience, comfort, service, ambiance, and punctuality. Heck, even the aroma of the airplanes is a stark different, very pleasing and soothing. The meals they provide are not only tasty and hot, but the whole packaging and utensils are also eco-friendly and degradable. I am an Indian, I first travelled abroad for my masters to newyork with Singapore Airlines, I thoroughly enjoyed the music and the food. I first thought what a long flight to take, but my impression towards that journey totally changed with my first travel with singapore airlines. I always prefer singapore airlines over any airline. I had moved to another country this May, even though I really never wanted to. I was happy and sad, that I had to move to another country with my favorite airline, but also experiencing happiness inside the cabin. I am going back to my old country for a trip this October with Singapore Airlines, and I can't wait. Even though the boarding music's volumes are usually low, I take my time to listen to it deeply. This is an amazing video, and it reminds me of travel, which is something I like. But listening to the boarding music while boarding is just a heavenly feeling. I got on Singapore Airlines in December 2023 to Seattle and back to Singapore (SQ28/27 Airbus A350-900 LR) and the flight was 13 hours instead of 15, and yesterday when coming back to Singapore (24th November 2024 on a Boeing 737-MAX-8 SQ929) (Edit 1: and on November 16th 2024 on SQ(I COMPLETELY FORGOT) to Surabaya on the Airbus A350-900 MR) and this music always makes me emotional because it makes me remember all the great memories I made in the US (2023) and Indonesia (Surabaya and Makassar in 2024). Edit 2: it’s actually more emotional when you come back to Singapore (if you are a Singaporean). Edit 3: My aunt surprised me and my mother with business class for the flight to Indonesia and back. Edit 4: I forgot to mention, the flight attendants and crew members are like the nicest and kindest people I have ever met, it’s different from other airlines especially United. Edit 5: While coming back to Singapore from the US, they accidentally played the boarding music instead of the iconic landing music, but that also made me emotional considering we were at the approaching the Singapore Strait at like 16:00 SGT (it was better at night at like 21:45 SGT). If I had the chance to go somewhere else overseas, I will pick Singapore Airlines for all the reasons me and some others mentioned. From Singapore 🇸🇬

@WarFigureSunlight let me see you went Seattle to Indonesia. by the way the Seattle flight SQ27 also reaches Manila Philippines on SQ918 which itself always carries SQ21 the original world's longest flight passengers to MNL by leaving Newark airport at 9:00 a.m. arrival in Ninoy Aquino International Airport 11 p.m. if done correctly you are saving money over the two Philippine Airlines flights PR125/127 SEA/JFK-MNL

This just shows beauty in its true essence. The unity between every single note, every single beat and every single reverberation proudly expresses the very pride and glory of Singapore itself. Nothing makes my heart feel more alive and at peace than Singapore Airlines. Upon clicking on this video, I was reeled in by the serenity and pleasant atmosphere. It made me feel like I was floating on a fluffy cloud and that cloud was held in the palms of Lee Kuan Yew himself. He blew a cool breeze on my belly as I laid still. I'm an undergrad student in Seattle in the US and I grew up entirely in Bangalore, India. I returned home for the first time in almost a year in June 2023 via Singapore and it was honestly the best flight experience I've ever had. I flew premium economy and the service was just excellent. I went to Singapore 2 weeks ago for a summer camp. It was the first time i took a Singapore Airlines flight from Hanoi, Vietnam. They were playing this sound when I entered the aircraft. To be honest, this sound along with great services on board made me feel like: this is a true 5 stars hotel at 30,000 ft. I've travelled around the world. The best flight of my life was on Singapore Airline's A380, London-Singapore in June 2010. I flew economy, yet I had the best curry prawns over rice in my life. Just found this video and I absolutely love it :) I just flew with SIA to Japan and Hong Kong. Always good to be on board. Excellent cabin crews who helped me and my mom on wheel chair. They made sure Mom was comfortable and had a pleasant flight. The wheel chairs were ready within minutes upon each arrivals. Thank you Singapore Airlines :)

Last year in August I went to Delhi with my mom to see family and I went with Singapore airlines after the flight had landed I put that as my best flight experience good service, kind and funny crew, and the music gave me relaxation when landing at Changi and Delhi, thank you for serving me and my mom Singapore airlines you will always be my favourite

This sound really hits me and it made me eager to motivate myself to work harder in order to travel with SQ again in the near future. I am an Indonesian and have just graduated from my university. During my uni day, I used to attend volunteering activities and internships that were both held in Thailand. On my trips between my country and Thailand, I definitely use SQ which I consider more competitive fare than other carriers, as well as it enables me to explore Changi Airport. Each time I flew onboard an SQ flight at that time, I was impressed by their services and also relaxing music onboard. It was a truly magnificent experience I've had with you. This music always takes me back to the SQ A359. My flight onboard VH-SHQ to BNE as SQ235. One of the best flights I had ever been on. Especially during the approach and stunning view of the wing and the scenery of BNE with the sun peeking out and leaving a sparkle on the wingtip and of course this beautiful soundtrack playing. Man, it just made me more fell in love with this aircraft, airline and the industry. Now I just wanna fly this A/C as PIC and at that moment I'll know, my life would be complete.

I was very blessed to take Singapore Airlines direct New York-Singapore route. On both flights to and from, the crew were just wonderful. When I asked for ice cream at the back galley on the 17 hour flight, one of them even joked that she should get the ice cream first. Cheers to Singapore Airlines.

Wow and for the direct NYC to Singapore flight are you referring to SQ23 from JFK Terminal 4 or SQ21 from EWR terminal B? Remember the cheapest you can get for those are $700-800 if those 2 flights are combined with a southeast Asia destination like MNL/CEB/DVO🇵🇭 BKK🇹🇭. In the case of the three Filipino destination cities SQ🇸🇬 > PR🇵🇭

You are correct furthermore it's used for the longest flights in the network SQ21/23 EWR/JFK🇺🇲-SIN🇸🇬. the way to drop the price for it is adding a southeast Asia destination like BKK🇹🇭 KUL🇲🇾 and MNL🇵🇭. I wonder if there's a Filipino SQ flight attendant.
