Hi Georgia, I think that the omelette was a great attempt :)For me, I added butter to 2 eggs and I let the egg mixture to simmer under low heat, periodically whisking them and removing the pan from the heat after every two minutes, for about 10 minutes before adding in some cold sour cream at the end to let it cool. The omelette turned out to be more creamy than the omelette I tried making without the butter and the sour cream. Perhaps you can consider adding these two ingredients when cooking an omelette next time :)

I've been trying to eat healthier so I could def eat what you're eating! I love overnight oats with almond milk and blueberries, trying to eat more chicken and fish, stopped drinking milk a couple of years ago. Like Jade, I have a weakness for noodles/pasta and still have a bit every now and again. Keep doing what you do!! Love ya! ❤️

I will be eating nothing but hawker food for 4 days in Singapore in January, after 3 weeks of nothing but Thai food in Thailand. I can get Nandos, salmon and bagels anytime in Canada, but rarely do anyway. We prefer southeast Asian foods anyway, but to have it locally will be the best. Love your videos Georgia

Vegetarian food in Asia is 👍but vegan is no diary as well and yes east Asians at least are not big on dairy but we love eggs and a diet without eggs just scares us (and butter for me personally as well 🤤)

Craftsman coffee soo expensive for food, and the fruit they use is mostly canned. Mandarins and lychee there out of a can. Great video, shows what I have found, Singaporeans very unhealthy eating.
