Thing about the K pop industry is how competitive it is. Just when you think you can sing or dance, there are hundreds more whom can sing and dance better than you. We only see the glitz and glamour and not the tears behind the scenes. It's not that easy.. Also, I believe this is an extremely diluted version of what a trainee goes through on a daily basis. Anyways kudos Sew for nailing the dance. I was surprised but impressed!

Yea. It’s my dream to be a kpop idol but I’m not very good at singing and dancing. My parents think I’m good and they keep telling me that if I try then I will get it but they don’t understand how many people are also trying. I’ve tried telling them that there are thousands of people in South Korea alone who have been training since they were young children just to become kpop idols and I stand no chance but they think I am exaggerating.

Sew should definitely meet a food psychologist to solve her problem. She probably hates the texture or taste. Some people can't take juicy fruits/vege too, like grapes and watermelon. But this problem can be solve. Lots of documentary on KZbin. She needs the confidence and bravery to solve it. She's already an adult, see veges/fruits cry. Is time for her friends and family to support her in solving this matter. If you want Sew to stay longer and be healthy! Support her! Btw, I love Brenda's dance and singing all the while. Fauzi's voice is nice tho when singing.

tbh they only eat this much as trainees... most companies don't control their diets anymore after they debut

@@choonkeonglim6178 (may be different from companies) most companies just let them eat what they want after debut because most of the time they're so busy they don't even have the time to eat and most idols also control their diet well so they just eat healthy meals/whatever they want! it's mostly self control anyways but they don't eat like this all the time, they'll suffer from malnutrition

Big and known company dont control diet (like JYP with a super good organic food) and they will just eat healthy but for not known company have them eating really strict diets :(

When Fauzi cried~ that's really the reality for trainees~ they would start to degrade themselves and would feel like they're dragging the class~ only thing different is that in an actual training the choreographers are usually not that nice and would scold you for it~ which really hits hard because I went through that process before~ instead of consoling me I remember the teacher telling me to go to a corner and cry instead of dragging the class~ :') Good job for trying!
