Although the talents hate waking up early, you do see the transformation towards the end. They are more awake and alert. The good thing about waking early, you get to do more stuff. I used to wake up at 530am with my family and walked to botanical gardens and eat breakfast there. The air was amazing and you will feel good. After that you will realise it is still early and more could be accomplished. 👍👍👍

Whether I sleep 8 hours during the day or you sleep 8 hours at night, we both have 16 hours in which to accomplish things. Studies have shown that night owls tend to possess the ability to focus more deeply and for longer periods of time. So save the preaching.

Every workday I have to be up at 430am to go to work. When you are up that early, you can just be alone with the noises block and just be in the zone and be yourself without distractions. To be honest you’ll find that you get things done very productively.
