4 years D tier, 2 days god tier, now he's probably around B tier. Main problem is he is not played, people don't know how to play against him, so main singed were having the time of their life.

I mean isnt it just reverting to old singed, but S2 is dealing dmg now and we have dash on S3, and 1.3% ultimate(with ally) , and so overall singed is gigabuffe cuz dash make it so we can actually lane now(compared to oldself)

they hurt ap singed alot its even weaker then before his lvl 1 is weak his scaling is weak by 15% to 25% in evry ability even his ult is nurfed they just killed him... The problem is the winrate was 70% all streamers and ytbrs singed is op singed is op and when u see u have 20% ban rate so the only one that got 70% win rate is the real og players of singed that lived with the struggle of 4 years of weakness and losses... Imagine Victor have 20% banrate instead of 70% like singed ofc he will get more then 54% winrate cos evry one will spam him but riot didn't nurf victor with the most absurd ult they nurf singed the blind farting old men... Sry i typed too much an thx for listening to a raged one trick noob like me.
