Love how it turn up! Really like those decals. I have a reedition from this 128 with a motor made in Canada in the 50s but the decals are much simpler more like the later singer 15.

Thank you so much, this taught me a lot. I just picked up the same machine, it is my new favorite thing!! Push the little button next to the shuttle & it will pop it up to get it out easier. One of these days I hope to be confident enough to try a new clear coat 😍 Yours came out beautiful!!

Hello ! What do you use as for the blue tape ? I need to paint the base of my very old 27k (1904) which is too worn. I already get rid of the old paint, I'm ready for the new paint and I want to protect all the other elements arm, body, front face, bobin winder ...). I just want to paint the base. I worry about using a tape who could damage the old paint or the old decals on the other parts. I plan to use plastic film ? + a "no glue tarce" tape on strategic areas like you . After I will put new decals and I will put a vernish coat. But I don't know what to use for the tape. can you give me some advices ?. thanks in advance for your answer.
