Hi there, thanks so much for the video!! I can't thread yet, because I'm missing a few parts... But will come back😃 Can you please tell me what the thing that holds the thread is called? On the top(the red thing) ... Mine just has a little hole... Also, is there a specific needle to use? Thanks again!!

Thanks for watching. That piece is called the thread post. You may be able to buy them at a craft store. If not then Amazon has them. I’m the meantime what I used to do if I had a broken post was take toothpicks and insert them into the hole. Use enough of them that it’s a tight fit. That will work til you get the part you need. I bought universal needles for this machine. Just make sure the shaft of the needle that goes in the machine is a half moon shape. Hope this helps. Please like and subscribe
