If the thread is moving diagonally, atop the bobbin, like at 1:17, does that mean the hook is timed correctly? My needle still seams to be not picking up the bobbin thread. : /

The silver part that turning when you used the wining wheel for some reason mines not turning...can u tell me why is that? Thankfully

The machine has a bobbin winding mode that disengages the whole bottom half of the machine. You'll just need to switch it back to normal mode. The hand knob on the right side of the machine has a large circular toggle switch built into its center. Press into the center of the hand knob until that switch clicks. You'll know you are in sewing mode when the needle moves up and down as you rotate that hand knob on the right side. Hope this helps.
