We have a saying here, Jen, made famous by one of our cheese manufacturers. They had an ad that (pretended to) show people they were interviewing for a job. And they made the candidates wait, and wait, and wait, and then wait some more out in the reception/lobby area for their interviews. The door never opened to ask the next person in for their interview. Whoever was left at the end, after everyone else had lost patience waiting and gone, got the job. Because they understood that, like making their famous cheese, 'Good things take time'. That's how I feel about your videos - once they are posted they're a wonderful resource for all of us that we can refer to again and again for years and years! I'm more than happy to wait as long as it takes because they're sooooo worth it. :-)

Can you tell me what slide plate I need for a 1935 singer 99

I believe any slide plate for the 99's would work. You should be able to find one on eBay fairly easily. Let me know if you can't, I can email you a link to one.
