You mean both the Bastau and Shenzen versions are better. And both versions have a small but even harder extra part because the most difficult song has to be even harder. Bastau has a 8 tones in 1 note and Shenzen a insane high note.

Dimash was already popular in his own country when he was invited by China to perform as the wild card in their show The Singer. Singer is a competition between professionals making Dimash the youngest the ever perform there. (22 turning 23). It was Singer that caused the word got out and by the end of Singer the world was watching the show to see him perform. Fan clubs where everywhere starting in the USA. Each song performed by Dimash was unique and he always has some kind of surprise. Imagine going to a country where you cannot speak the language or understand what is being said. Such is Dimash's passion for music. His first song was SOS and it is fun to watch the reactions of the audience and the fellow contestants when hearing Dimash the first time. You will enjoy the singer and if you react to it all the way through, you will get to know the wonderful Dimash who went under contract before Singer finished and performed his first award winning concert, Bastau, in his home town... in his country...Kazakhstan. Written about Dimash during SINGER During the months of the contest, Dimash: Sang in 6 different languages including several in Chinese which pleased his audience (with 4 of the languages he learnt the lyrics phonetically). Covered songs from different genres - pop, rock, opera and ballad. Featured individual orchestral instruments in his songs - eg flute, harp, electric and acoustic guitar as well as those he played himself - piano, dombra and drums. Ensured each round was different - ‘style’ (clothes, hair etc), lighting, musical arrangement, stage presence and performance. Early on, he referred to his fans as dears saying: ‘A “dear” is someone who is close to your heart and my fans are close to mine’. The winner of the competition was Sandy Lam, a popular veteran singer from Hong Kong with over 30 years experience. Although he was placed 2nd, it was agreed that he raised the level of competition for both singing and performance. Dimash: ‘I am already a winner. Since ‘Singer’ started, I have gained a lot of fans in China and many parts of the world. This is beyond my wildest dreams. My fans and their love have made me a winner…they do not let my feet touch the ground. My career has taken off because of this competition so I am truly glad and happy’. At 3:44 is his dad :))) First song is about lovers who are separating... Second one is just WOW, but you already said that . Dimash is clasically trained since he was 5 years old . He has a gift, but there are thousands of hours practicing. His mum is an opera singer and his dad is composer, producer and singer . His grandparents are involved in music as well. He refused to sing in Kazakh Opera, after his graduation, and said he is going to explore what he can do with his voice. He can sing any style , but we use to say it is pop opera .He has a master in contemporary music. Each of his performances are different, that is why we are becoming addictive to him. We never know what will he do next:)) He is story teller, very humble young man , family oriented involved in humanitarian activities , even shy ... You can watch some of his interviews , or some when he is having fun. And please google him , you will learn much more about him:)))

Roman & Ace, great reaction again. In case you missed it Confessa is an Italian song but for the audience Dimash sang the first verse in Mandarin so they would understand that part of the song & after the 1st verse he changed to Italian. He can sing in 12 languages & play instruments & his vocal range is 6 octaves. Every time I wish I was the dancer that got to hold his hand. So you know any time he pulls out his earpiece something special is coming right away or soon. From what we know, he seriously trained his singing since age 5. It's been 20 years until now. And he still trains himself 4-5 hours every day. This is inhuman effort that not many people would be able to persevere. Such self-discipline. We admire him to the roof for that.
