It’s about a Folk story from Sindh Province of Pakistan (Southern Part), there was a woman from Umerkot of Sindh and the king of that region wanted to marry her (Marvi) but she refused so he kidnapped her and took her to his castle and imprisoned her till she agrees to marry him but she showed resilience and refused, the king tried everything and offered her all the luxuries but she still refused and wanted to go back to her own people. So after many efforts, the king gave up and went personally with her to send her back to her family and village. So all the people were welcoming her and singing this chorus ( Ayi Ayi Ayi ) here she comes Also you would have noticed the dolphin painting at the start, that is representing the blind dolphins (they are endangered species)only found in the Indus River (Sindh River).

Fyi, I'm unsure... But I don't think coke studio cares about copyright as they are free to watch on KZbin and these reactions have been a great marketing tool for their music. I've seen other content creators just let the entire video play out and comment after it... Edit - doesn't mean you can't pause as you feel, but you don't have to feel the copyright obligation

LOL obviously they own the music and they spent money on it so they can't let anyone earn money by putting whole song in their video. Everyone who puts Coke Studio songs in their videos gets a copyright claim which is not a strike but the money generated from the video is transfered to Coke Studio person's bank account. It's actually the reactors who don't care about copyright claims because of love with content they are reacting on.
