SOS at Slavic Bazaar 2018, his signature song that made him famous is incredible, that should be your next reaction. SOS is a French song from a French Canadian Rock Opera from the 70’s called Starmania. It’s a song about depression/suicide. That’s the song that most reactors start with. Dimash won the Slavic Bazaar competition in Belarus with this song in 2015 and in 2018 he was invited back as a guest artist. That competition put him on the world stage to success. In 2021 he was one of the judges of the competition. Dimash sings this song a lot! This performance at Slavic Bazaar in 2018, is my all time favourite but whichever one you choose, all are amazing! Thank you for your reaction. Watching you react to Dimash is similar to remembering childhood memories. I remember first hearing this performance 5 years ago, my heart rate was elevated, I couldn't breath, I got shivers, I was feeling hot, I was feeling emotional and toward the end I was exhausted. Since first discovering Dimash, I have to have my daily dose of experiencing his performances. At least once a day, sometime five or more!

lovely reaction.❤ I think you will like "Omir", in the studioversion, he makes with his brother Mansur; Dimash wrote the lyrics and the musik to this song, and it is absolutely a wonderfull, meaningfull and beautyfull song or ode to life. He made it for hes dears, his fans. You can really hear Dimashes dynamics in this song- and the emotion he puts into it. "Breath Dimash!" "FGS BREATH!" That last section with multiple complex runs, for around 27? seconds, and on a single breath... Phew! Yes, my favourite too. Pay attention to the white-shirted man in the front row of the audience, who stood applauding at the end. This is the renowned Composer and Entrepreneur; Igor Krutoy. I believe this may have been the first time he heard Dimash. Which ever time it was, he then came out of semi-retirement to write for this unique voice and has become a close friend and mentor. The first song he composed for and with Dimash, was 'Olympico'. [ # There are several versions, but Make Sure you first see the live performance at the European Games] ] Igor also composed 'Stranger', but it was Dimash who insisted on the inclusion of the Kobyz, which adds so much to the piece. They also arranged his 'Ave Maria' together. You will often see Igor at the piano in Dimash's performances, either playing original pieces, or songs he has previously written for other singers, and now modified to showcase this voice. The middle section that you - we all - stop at and note is Dimash's introduction of a Kazakh Mourning vocalisation. He stated later, he did this (without prior notice to this renowned Kazakh band; A-Studio) as a mark of respect to the bands' original, now passed, lead singer who composed this song with the piainist you see there.

The look on your face all the way through this song was marvellous. It was like you were in ecstasy. So good 🥰 I had to laugh when you said this was your absolute favourite. Keep listening and you will have favourite after favourite until eventually you won't even know what to think anymore, you'll just have to accept that he will somehow blow your mind with every song. And even when he does not do all those vocal acrobatics, the emotion, the film making (or stage show), and the story telling will totally capture your imagination. Dimash sings many cover songs and love songs written by other people, but his original songs and traditional songs are really the ones to look out for. He has this amazing ability to make you turn your thoughts inwards and consider your life on Earth and how humanity acts. It is quite life changing. I don‘t know if you saw this video with subtitles. The introduction was not quite right. He didn‘t win The Voice. He became second in The Singer competition in China 2017, because of not being a Chinese. The following year in 2018, they changed the rules and Jessie J. won. 23 seconds in one breath with riffs and runs. It’s unbelievable. These middle easter sound (melisma) he does in one or another song. It’s really awesome. He sang this song on the New Wave in Sochi, Russia in 2018. This is an international contest for young performers founded by Igor Krutoy in 2002. Dimash sang here as a guest. This song was in Russian, a language he speaks fluently. The gentleman at the end you see standing and clapping is the famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. His and Dimash's collaboration created true masterpieces. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. Thank you for reacting the video to the end. If possible, always watch the videos to the end. This song and this performance from this Arnau concert is my absolute favourite🥰 I think this version is the best, because his performance is so intense and breathtaking. The light show, the background dancers. Everything. With this song in this version I always get breathlessness. The way he represents himself on stage, the hand movements. I think he has incredibly beautiful hands🤭 (and apparently many cameramen think so too, because in many close-ups of his performances only his hands can be seen. Sometimes it seems as if he is conducting himself. That's really fascinating). And the facial expression, the look. Wow, he looks so commanding😱. In my opinion, this version of Olimpico is one of the most impressive performances ever. Without subtitles, if you don't know what the song is about, you'd think he was going to war and motivating his army to fight a losing battle 😅! It’s absolutely stunning.
