hey im having trouble putting back the black thing where you put the bobin in. I took it out accidentally and am having trouble putting it back in ? is there any way to fix this?

Check the stitches width setting.

Do we have to oil anything on these machines?

@@deannadavis2857 regular cleaning and oilling will keep the machine working well. I usually remove the face plate oil the needle bar and presser bar.

I have the same sewing machine, but my machine keeps broking needle, with regular fabric, not jeans. Can you tell me why that's with my machine. Best regards

There are several causes that, like wrong needle, needle hitting the plate, wrong timing...
