Really???? HAHAHAHA! I was embarrassed for her going on the show. Another growler thinking I'll throw in some Janis Joplin licks, then throw in a somewhat of a high note, then the rest I'll just scream into to the Mic!! I as the judges do, have to look at the singer as, could they do a 1 1/2 to 2 hour show 3 to 4 nights a week for 3 to 4 months! That is what has to be done when you are on a tour! It is even more laboring if you are in a local band doing the normal 4 hour gig! 45 minutes on 15 minutes off. Doing that 4 or 5 nights a week would be grueling on her voice. As she said she was working at Home Depot or was planning on it and said her passion was singing! Sorry this young lady should stick to Kareoke, and have the 99% in the audience cheer her on, because they don't know what real talent is.

The reason she did not get the Golden Buzzer was because each judge only gets one each and they had used them all! I really think she was robbed because Simon did not like the second song she song by Miley Cyrus. She also lost out to a pole dancer that told stories with her music. SHE DESERVED BETTER! I hope someone out there hears her sing and signs her. She is just TOO GOOD to not have a chance!

I was blown away by phenomenal her voice too. OMG! What an amazing, powerful, magnificent voice. BRAVO 👏👍to her, she nailed it with raw emotion. Honestly, her version is better than the original version , which is also a great version too , but the newer version she sang with more soul, powerful, emotional put into it. Which stands out a little better than the original version. Both versions are great too but I prefect this new version over than original one. Excellent Performance Indeed! ❤️👏🎖️

You can always tell who isn't a musician by the comments! As with so many that enter these popularity contest, all compare the singer to someone famous. That alone only shows who the contestant is trying to sound like. This girl is going NO WHERE!! I enjoyed Halley Reinhart and was disappointed she at least didn't make the finals. So over the years she has had quite a nice career! Halley definitely has a very unique style and voice, which if you look at her work with POST MODERN JUKEBOX, she has millions and millions of views. Another young lady that has unique style and voice is the 17 year old Angelina Jordan! I'm sorry for those that think this girl comes close to the two mentioned! I see no record deal or world concerts for Kristen Cruz, IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!

I don’t believe that was the judges genuine reaction because I’ve seen AGT Contestants react to their own performance and they’ve said that what we see on tv has been heavily edited. Also there has been contestants with way less singing talent and got way more of a reaction out of the judges.
