Golly gosh, now I know what to do with the box load of old silk thread 🧵 I found at a yard sale. It was too weak to sew with, broke too easily. This would be perfect 👌

Soap makers are often looking for silk thread. Old thread would probably be fine

Great video, but you don't need to make all the different colours as separate pieces. Just wind them on the Singercraft Guide in that order before sewing the fringe.
