Thank you for this nice reaction and analysis! It was surprising that you like this performance of Daryl and gave lots of good commentaries. I actually had a preconceived idea that you won't like this. Based from your previous reactions to him, I concluded that you both don't like so much runs. I imagined you commenting that Daryl's overdid the runs as this cover is full of crazy runs, and twist & turns, showing lots of his techniques and musicalities. Thank you so much for appreciating Daryl's talent. It surely compensates all the hardwork he put to make this cover possible.

Amen, Rearanging music and editing is not easy. Idk if Daryl Ong did the editing on this but am sure he did the arrangement, not easy.

I was so afraid to watch this reaction coz i thought you would shoot it down! Two points that you mentioned before that you weren’t crazy about: “too much” runs or super long videos. Whoa whoa whoa! A reaction to a new Daryl video! The funny thing is, I imagined you two reacting to this and commenting on his runs again. LOL. Thanks for this! And I like how you broke down the different voices. The low notes - he went lower than that in his 'JEALOUS' cover. It was surprising, actually. Re B2M criticizing this: I think Daryl will take whatever the critique will be - bad or good. Hey, it's B2M. How many artists have made covers of their songs and this one gets noticed? That would be huge! Wishful thinking. But who knows?

It took me the longest time to watch this reaction because I was afraid Daryl would be shredded. I had seen the original video and, although I'm not so crazy over runs - makes me motion sick sometimes - and Daryl does overdo it sometimes, I LOVED what he did here. He is a beast in vocal arrangement and the background was masterfully done. I loved the outlier notes, although one or two fell off the cliff :) So....when I finally decided to watch this reaction yesterday, I was bracing myself for what Marco would say about the looooong video and the runs. I wasn't dissapointed; the objective assessment here is the BEST review so far. To be complimented ( and be criticized) by Marco and Ali is good because they don't BS. Thanks, guys! I hope you can go back to doing reactions of Filipino artists soon.

I remember when you reviewed Daryl’s rendition of Thinking Out Loud you said his riffs and runs were “too much”. This video here is no different but yet you both loved it this time around. I’m not really sure why the change of heart maybe you can explain it here but I’m just glad you didn’t go down that road. Daryl is the brilliant king of riffs and runs hands down! Hoping for his big break. Thank you for featuring him on your channel.

Actually, the 'off notes' being detected are a silver lining. That's proof that autotune wasn't used - for those who confuse autotune with reverb. :P

I watched Daryl’s video soon after it dropped, and one of my first thoughts was, please.. no one ask MAProductions to react to this! Like a few others who commented here, I was afraid of the criticism for Daryl’s numerous and long runs. When I clicked on this reaction video, I pressed pause to first read the comments. It was only after reading a few positive comments that I pressed play. Hehe
