As neet aspirant i sometimes feel that we Indian students study so much for exams like JEE and NEET , solving such questions in high school only and many of the 2nd and 3rd year pre med students were not able to do that ,it's fine sometimes it happens ! But still after cracking such hard exams we get colleges that are not worth ! Like they get the periodic table , calculator and what not but if you ask periodic table to any aspirant he will hardly take a minute to tell the whole table in sequence ! The level of hard work we have spent in doing just inorganic chemistry ,if we put that efforts in MCAT ,then surely crack the whole exam with top grades ! The government should spend more money on the facilities and infrastructure of Indian universities ,we work very hard to just get a single government seat ! Nice video !!✨

Not really real Heroes, as truthfully most of these stuff are useless in the long run, and waste of time. The time & years these Aspirants spend on just studying theoretical stuff could have been used to better understand actual practical stuff instead. Then maybe India would have been rated in the Top 10 of the World for producing best Doctors. Just studying theory and solving theoretical question doesn't solve actual real life situations. I am not saying that Indian Doctors are bad. What's bad is the Indian Education system which focuses more on scoring rather than learning, as Indian who have studied in other countries perform quite good comparatively in practical situations.

You're getting close to figuring out the problem, Indians don't get jobs in high school, so indians don't know why they are studying so Indians don't learn what they are studying. Indians refused to get jobs in high school, claiming only jobs are required for a necessity, then they blame their parents for preventing them from getting jobs. Are you going to be a school boy the rest of your life? How do you know what you want to do for your job career profession if you've never tried it? High school students college students around the world get jobs except for indians, and you are surprised that India is at the bottom of the world when you claim Indians are the smartest in the world. Of course Indians are at the bottom of the world, because they think like Indians India per person economy ranks 163 out of 188 United Nations recognized countries You blame the government, but the government is voted by the people, you are democracy, so that's what you want. You blame Hindu Brahmin caste system and reservations, but without reservations, Barack Obama would not be president of the United States you are so proud of, Harris being vice president because she is half indian, but without reservations she would not be vice president of the United states. Younger generations and also the reproductive generations must notice to change this over population. Bringing a kid in this world isn't easy as the amount of inflation and higher cost has considerably reduced the quality. Moreover what kind of environment and situations we would bring our children into. Unemployment, less and polluted natural resources, harsh climate. I mean is this the legacy we would be living for our children to come into. Rather than enjoying and experiencing they would be frustrated and curse the parents to bring them into this world with struggle and so much less and limited opportunities. Apart from these if I go into medical aspects of genetic disorders or diseases. Being a parent is a huge responsibility as it's your decision that the chil8 has to face later. Overcrowding, over population leads to what this above video and comment section makes you to realise. Population is a real development hindrance. Less food resources, less vacancies, less post available, less college seats, more competitive world. We aren't insects or animals who keeps on breeding and increasing at alarming rates. Where is America lagging behind india? When India ranks at the bottom of the world and everything? India is a basket of crabs and you want to always show how you are better than somebody else, if you are better, then prove it If India is so good in healthcare, why did America do better in response to covid-19 than india? If the British didn't loot India then why is India poor? Because of choices made by indians. Every kid takes College admissions test, that doesn't make them heroes. They are just High School students. And thinking that Indians are better than anybody else in the world, and thinking that you are better than other indians, is why India is poor today. The whole world was conquering the whole world, including indians, is just that the Dutch Portuguese and British were better at it than the Indians. You are proud of the Indian conquerors Mauryan or Maratha but upset by the Mughals and British The British didn't take anything away from you they gave to you they tried to make you prosper, but allowed India to govern themselves and the local Indian government kept its own people down with the Indian caste system. The Americas were colonies and they had to fight for their independence, and why did they succeed? Because they gave everybody opportunity India had slavery before America's The whole world had slavery Stop claiming that America was built on slaves and now America is being built by Indians Indians are just 1.5% of American population, 99% of Americans don't work for indians. Stop saying such nonsense The British didn't oppress the indians, it was Indians that oppressed the Indians and Indians are oppressing Indians today If Indians are so smart why don't they have a Nobel prize they have 1 billion Indians but they don't have any worldwide reputation for scholars

Hi doc here..This video made me very nostalgic and even though I don't usually comment I feel I have to put something here. I took AIPMT in 2015 which changed to NEET the next year... from icse background... had to take care of boards and entrance together... read icse and cbse textbooks together in 11th and 12th. Had both maths and bio. Got 98.25% in 12th boards and went on to med school. The struggle of those 2 years was intense to say the least. Then came 5.5yrs of med school with HARD HARD labour... studied at one of the top colleges of India. Then cracked postgraduate entrance and waiting for a seat... my journey has been intense and so far not as rewarding as I hoped it would be... becos of the 65% reservation introduced by our govt for neetpg and almost 75% for central institute seats. I belong to unreserved category non ews. Putting this comment here so that whoever reads it will know that life of an Indian doc is far from ideal and pls think if u really want to invest this many years of your youth to this cause. What matters after all this is what legacy you leave behind

We are also forgetting that our high school and 11th 12th follows a different curriculum structure. And that is very different from IB board curriculum. So one has to consider that too. Indian school put a lot on students as soon as they entre in their high school and then intermediate. We get subject divided and began to study like a college student does. IB BOARD doesn’t follow that rule and after high school they don’t have intermediate they go to college pre or honours to again get in for higher studies. That what makes a huge difference. With all this set aside Indian students have to work more harder and harder as our examinations association put lots of rules and regulations but still students end up getting mediocre colleges.

Despite clearing such difficult exams in high school majority of us Indians still end up living a mediocre life, I believe because there isn't any support for research or culture that promotes research and scientific temperament. That is why I believe we fall behind by a huge margin compared to the rest of the world when it comes to ingenuity and creativity.

Reservations is good for all indians, only 4% of Indians are Hindu brahmin, 95% of seats should be reserved for scstobc

NEET is still Just MCQs......surprised to see those questions for the qualifying exam for a Med School in 2022. MCAT is about Comprehension and Reading capabilities and not about rote memorizations alone. NEET or our entrance exams are more about competition as it is about a huge population vs few opportunities and our culture is an inclusive culture so it has to accommodate various underprivileged groups in the society. NEET may pick the smartest but it is the MCAT that gives you conceptual learning that is needed throughout your life in the Medical profession. I stood in the top 50 in our regional Post Grad exam - but It is when I wrote my USMLEs - I really learned what exactly Medical science and is conceptual learning. Someone at the end should have discussed such evaluation in a deeper sense. Psychology is a component of the MCAT and Physics I dont think they read physics for the MCAT? but psychology, behavioral sciences, theory of knowledge, etc - they're never tested in our entrance exams.
@rap32082 жыл бұрын
NEET is more like an elimination exam, not really a qualifying exam. With so few available seats (about 76,000) and more than a million takers in every NEET exam, this is really very cruel process for them to undergo - you have to be in the highest 6% to ensure yourself to get a slot.
@kiranmaddu80062 жыл бұрын
@@rap3208 thanks for the response - you put it well- for our social and economical situations - it more became an elimination exam - well I have no issues with it, But I always here - India being one of the great economical power by 2030 - we may balance the population vs opportunities (also we may open up various opportunities) - I believe NEP sort of modifications should enter the NEET UG and PG exams. For instance, a student with a 250 USMLE score can get into a radiology residency - but a student with 240 who have gotten published and presented - should be given priority - because he is the one who may be more useful to the academics and research.

@@kiranmaddu8006 India badly needs doctors, especially in the rural areas. They say there are only 17 active health workers - doctors, nurses and midwives - per 10,000 people. India has to make more medical schools or the existing schools increase more classes to take in more potential doctors. I believe it should also stop denigrating indian graduates from other countries as those schools where those foreign graduates come from serve the health and medical needs of those countries very well. There should be a common standardization test where everybody should pass it to make it as a doctor in India. The NEXT (if it ever goes through) is a step in the right direction where all indian and foreign graduates are required to take and pass it to qualify to a license.

@@rap3208 Yup I am aware of some of the needs - I finished my Radiology in 2003 and senior residency in 2004 and the first thing I did was join the service - so I took a Government job with an aim to serve for 5 years (could sustain only 3 years) - and used to go to peripheries during my stay in India. Yes we need a lot more docs and colleges - but two things I can add - 1. all depend on the trajectory of the Economy 2. Physician Assistant courses in USA are very innovative of serving the people - India should come up with such plans and find a solution for RMP based malpractices

Reservations is good for all indians, only 4% of Indians are Hindu brahmin, 95% of seats should be reserved for scstobc

@@themysticfascnversatins3909 American Education was designed by factory owners who wanted factory workers, which like you said is applied learning, the problem with indians, they chose not to build factories, unlike the Bangladesh who built factories and raised more poor out of poverty than India and built import export economy. India has more farmland than any country in the world, is the second largest producer of wheat behind Russia, and Ukraine exports more wheat than india, India exports 0% of their wheat practically 0% of Indian rice. India doesn't have an economy, and the computer technology, industry is thanks to American president Ronald reagan, who is also responsible for the Indian pharmaceutical industry and Indian call center industry. What did Indians create on their own? They couldn't even create covid-19 vaccine. That's the problem with indians, high school students don't get jobs they're learning and they don't know how to apply what they've learned, where is every other American kid has a job including those that go on to engineering and medical school. They have jobs. they learn something in school they apply it on a job they build a career and Indians are just lazy, Indian philosophy Hindu Brahmin philosophy caste system is to sit on top of the throne and tell somebody else to do the work d a l i t o b c SC ST

6:54 wrong hai bhai , because at the end of M phase , cell starts to decide whether they should go for cell division or not . If they decide to not take part in cell division at the just beginning of Interphase , they get into the Go stage . Therefore the correct answer at the end of M-Phase not G1 phase ..

In the US education is extremely different than in India. Book knowledge is important but not everything. Colleges look for overall development, Extracurricular activities, social work, research, and work experience is all taken into consideration. Only grades will not be enough to get into medical school.
