Mate she did this performance in 2018 when she had just turned 22. She is a far better vocalist and performer now at 25. She can sing any genre with equal conviction and aplomb. I really love your strong, positive and emotional reactions to our Queen Morissette. She is not "one of the best singers in the world today" but I'll say it again, that Morissette is THE BEST FEMALE SINGER IN THE WORLD TODAY" not just one of them. When Loren Allred heard Mori's version of her original cover of NEVER ENOUGH, she talk to her in Tictoc and told her she is the QUEEN. Allred even copied Morissette "SLIDE" at the end of the song when she sang it again with David Foster accompanying her in the piano in one of her concert tour. I got a VIP ticket for the January 8, 2022, concert tour of Morissette here in Chicago during her 3 weeks USA Concert tour. Watching from Illinois: USA... 12-08-2021...early morning here now. That really is the crux of what makes her so great. Lots of singers can sing high notes or have a wide range but she sounds as good singing low as she does with her belt as she does with her mix and as she does with her whistle tone. I have ear problems from 35 years of loud guitar and standing too close to my obnoxiously loud drummer and I don't really enjoy listening to a lot of female singers because it hurts my ears if I get too into it and turn it up. But with her I can go almost as loud as I want because the tone is just so pleasant there's no harshness and it doesn't bother me in the least. She's just an amazing talent and on top of it she seems like the sweetest person.
