how do you calm heavy mouth breathing down after intense singing dancing concert like lady gaga and not breathe out in mouth into hand mic? you see hear some female pop singers breathe out into mic move away and then breathe in when mouth meets mic. how come some only breathe in?

so I will like to write my experience. As a kpop fan I had always wanted to learn singing. But I never was able to improve until I came across your channel. I watched your videos for more than a year and kept those tips in mind. In a year my singing improved so much that I am amazed by my own hearing my old covers and new covers. I always kept your points in mind while singing and also made some new points. Now my cousin sisters are willing to learn singing after hearing me singing. I had recommended them your channel plus I personally try to teach one of my sisters every week. Your channel is really very great for beginner singers. I would say I am not a bigginer anymore and you are one of the cause of it. Thank you very much for your videos. These are really helpful. Even tho I am not so much of a good singer but I am a lot like A LOT better than before.

Yaassss i agreee completely with the tone and pitch being the main step. I have developed a decent sense of my tone and pitch. But i still have alot to work on my breathing and actual singing style with riffs , runs , vibrato and Zane's famous whistles. I think i can do whistle but i think im not accessing it from the correct method. My whistle keeps breaking into a vocal fry or just sometimes nothing happens. Thank you zane you have taught me sooooo much but i still have alot to learn. I still do you run exercise the hooooo. Hopefully i get vibrato and runs are fluent as yours. And one last thing i have worked alot alot alot on my range and i have a decent chest range of E2 to A5 , i can hit to B5 but i still have to work on my support to get there. And head range of G#3 to E6. No whistle yet but hopefully your videos help me more in future they have done soooo much for me. And for all this i say thank you Zane.

Zane Rima, I have a question for the process of writing a song. When you're writing your song, would you make the instrumental part first and make the instrumental part go the the end of the song, or would you have your chords and start recording the singing, then start recording the instrumental to the song? Which is better? I'd just like to know the process of writing the instrumental part. I'm trying to make my first song, thank you for inspiring me! 😀
@willowdraws13
@willowdraws13 Жыл бұрын
It’s kind of up to you! When writing a song I personally like to come up with the instrumental first, because if you hear a sad instrumental it might make you feel sad and if you hear a happy instrumental It’ll make you happy. So it can give you a lot of inspiration. For example if you want to do a sad song I recommend the guitar & piano & if you want a happier song then ukulele & guitar would be good. The chords also make a huge difference bc if I used major chords that sound super happy it won’t make to much sense & will sound kind of weird. I really hope this helped.

You are just too cute. I think everything you explain is correct. I've had a lot of singing lessons, and I'm still doing it. Getting a great voice means working for years and forever. Sometimes buying a course is okay, but everyone here should have a good vocal teacher. Above all, questions arise here in the comments that cannot always be answered. @Tanvi Sharma Not to be mean but I would suggest practicing how to control pitch and keys first before moving onto tone. Here's one of the videos that could help; kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHOueWapg8qcock, or apps that can show whether you're singing on pitch. (e.g if you're using google store - Pitch for helping you match your voice with a given pitch OR Perfect ear, for improving your pitch memory, understanding of keys and other relevant theories) I'm offering this advice because pitch, rhythm and breathing support are the basic fundamentals to singing any song as it can help your voice and ear become more coordinated. If you need an idea on the fundamentals to singing; I would highly recommend this kzbin.info/www/bejne/hKfGiXRra6iDqac. It provides a structure to explain how singing can be improved :)

I’ve always thought it was funny that it’s le le, yet people assign different sounds to each le, the first Le: lay & the second Le: Lee… why would they sound different when they’re spelled the exact same 🤔🤷🏽‍♀️?! Guys, for those who are Professional Singers, Vocal Coach, or anyone who knows about Vocal Care and Singing, I have several questions for you and I would appreciate it if you can answer these as early as possible. 1.) If a male singer already had a deep voice due to puberty, is there still a chance that it will go deeper or it will remain the same way? 2.) I'm a male and I'm 15 years old. I have my whistle register and I discovered it 1 year and 9-10 months ago. And I'm already in the puberty stage which my voice is already deep when I discovered my whistle register. Last year, I was good at using it and I also have a wide range like I can do low whistles in the 4th or 5th octave (I'm not sure with the 3rd octave cause I can go low) and I can also do high whistles that I can reach F7 - A7 (I think, sorry cause I don't know how to identify notes). But as time goes by, I barely hit whistle in the 7th octave and my highest whistle, for now, is E7 (I'm not sure). And I admit that I tend to oversing for about 1 hour every day but I'm not always whistling, I only use my whistle register for about 10-15 minutes and the rest of the time is I belt all the time. And I didn't take good care of my voice back then cause I lack sleep and rest to preserve my voice. And I don't take vocal warm-ups before singing. So how do I solve this problem? And there is still a chance that I can recover my voice from my bad habits before? I need advice or tips for this situation. 3.) Every time I sing, I used to belt and whistle at the same time. But the longer I sing, why do I lose my whistle register while singing? 4.) Do I have to use my whistle register every day? And if yes, how long should I use it? 5.) Does it happen that there were times that you can't hit the note right Like when I wake up in the morning, I feel like my throat is closed so I can't sing properly. 6.) How long should I rest my voice? 7.) When I belt, I always have to lean back and bend my face backward to belt. Is it wrong? What position do I have to do to belt properly and relaxed? 8.) Does coughing or clearing your throat considers a bad habit that can affect your voice? Cause I always cough and clear my throat because I feel like there's something stuck in my throat. That's why I tend to do this every time I sing. 9.) How can I improve my breath control so I can do sustained belts properly? Do I have to be physically fit to strengthen my lungs? I hope that you can answer my questions. So advance "THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND ANSWERS!" P.S.: I'll edit this comment and add more questions because there are still questions about Vocal Care and Singing that are stuck in my mind.
