Every warm up gets even better. This is my favourtie so far. Your experience in lessoning baritones is clearly ample; the range was just perfect (until the end haha). Thank you very much. For my fellow baritones out there, I have two tips: Firstly, before a singing warm up I recommend breathing exercices that get your blood flowing, or doing jumping jacks or other physical execises, this makes it way smoother to go through the warm up. Secondly, although you should always be kind and careful with your voice, it usually is healthier than you think. Sometimes in order to get rid of a certain ache or hoarseness (i don't know if that's a real word), it's better to practice some mindful and soft singing: personally, lip trills do a great job in stretching and smoothening my range.

I just started with your videos this week. Haven't taken lessons in years. Used to work in musical theatre and the did some damage to my voice in the chorus of the opera. Didn't use proper technique. Pushed too much. This is the third baritone video I've done with you and saw comments about the end. I was able to match you down there. Now I'm not sure what think about my voice. Either way, thanks for helping find a way to reconnect to art in this difficult time.

You're welcome! Thanks for watching and trying out a few of the videos. As you're getting back into things, if I may suggest, take it slowly. If you've done some damage in the past, take this time while restarting to assess what wasn't working and evaluate your technique. I wish you all the best! Jeff

Great warm-up, as always Jeff! And I watched and listened as I was working along with it and really did not think you would go below D2.... And you did... LOL. Great warm-up. F2 or E2 maybe on a good day for a low note for me, but still a great warm-up! :)

I consider myself a baritone for right now because I've had no formal training yet except being in choir. I have a very bright sound for a baritone and my voice could hit those really notes at the end. I also have a head voice that hits E5 on my best days what do u think this means?

I can't sing a C2 but I can sing a D2 and I have 1 year since I start to sing. I don't know if I'm a bass, bass-baritone or a baritone. When I wake up my lowest note is a C2. You can tell me what type of voice I'm please? Btw my highest note in chest was a G#4 for 5 seconds.
