Like travelling back in time from today 2 October 2023 to five years ago to see how you’ve transitioned over the five years with your training style & knowledge… glad to see it’s equally informative and equally humorous with loads of empathy - and you’ve matured into the role you bring us today … though, you’ve definitely gotten bigger - today your arms are huge compared to what we see in this video… legs too! I can only surmise the promise of a hurclean physique is true! 😅 The 5-10-15 year training cycle … if proof is ever needed … it’s working! Ta-da! 🎉 Thank you for your dedication and thank you for taking us on this remarkable journey to becoming a functional human too!

I wish the 6kg had been available & not just the 8kg. These moves are all so much harder than Mark makes it look. The man must be able to bend barbells with his bare hands. Thanks again for all the awesome tutorials & respect!

I had 8kg and 10kg clubs, but I didn’t dare to do the mills with the 8kg, so I got a 6kg to figure out the flow and then moved up in weight 👍

Thx. Really needed to fine tune this mill excercise. I find myself confused on even the basic movement patterns which makes it hard to move onto more complex movements. Especially with the Mace.

Any impact on rotator cuff muscles? I am rehabilitating my shoulder post-injury, wondering if this (with light weights) could be a good exercise to develop strong stable shoulders

I have clubs, and now have a real protocol to use them. They seem to have great potential. But risk of crushing ones ankle is quite possible without expert instruction or REALLY light club until you perfect the movement.

Thanks for the excellent videos. Is there a variant of this where you start from the outside rather than the inside? I get that starting from the inside develops the throwing motion, but is there any other reason not to start from outside? Thanks!

Mark, Everything moving nicely but my elbows getting tendinitis…been seeing a few guys mention this on some forums…Is this a technique issue, or just going too hard or what? (On the return part of mill especially)…any advice to keep the elbows in good condition?
@MarkWildman3 жыл бұрын
Go lighter. Build a program to double volume. Many people can get elbow injuries because their muscles are stronger than their joints… you may need more adaptation phase.. Also you may be micro bending your elbows on the swing phase.
