Great question actually, very hard to hand catch a rabbit that doesn't want to be caught (almost no rabbit wants to be caught, heh). They usually get lazy after a while, and let you pick them up. My rabbits are about as tame as a rabbit gets I think. I don't enjoy playing catch the rabbit game, so try to make it easy, heh. How do you protect your bunnies from fleas, fire ants, and the heat?

Haven't seen any fleas or fire ants (thankfully), however we did have a curious (hungry) possum check them out. In terms of the heat, I have a thermometer in the bunny run and when it gets really hot we place piles of ice cubes in the cage.
