Single-cell RNAseq data visualization in R

This workshop introduces popular data visualization methods for single cell RNA-seq data. Specifically, we will cover violin plots, UMAP/tSNE, and heatmaps. We will create plots both with Seurat and "by-hand" in ggplot.
The notes also include an alluvial plot but we did not have time to go over that in this workshop.
