Double check that the households you moved Kacey and her kids into aren’t marked as active or they will still age up.

She had 'auto age (unplayed sims)' disabled so even if they were in unplayed households they wouldn't age up. But when you move sims you've played into a new household, they usually are already considered played households automatically. And now she made sure she had 'auto age (played sims)' on "only active household" so only the matriarch's household should be aging now so there should be no more deaths in the family Yay!

After one of the latest patches, adults/teens no longer can assist toddlers with building skills. So the adult/teen puts the toddler on the potty and then walks away. It's super annoying. Also, teens/adults used to be able to help toddlers with the movement/thinking skills when the toddler was already building that skill on the blocks, and the patch took that away too. Pretty sure that was the same patch that took away the garbage can money making capability...

Please upvote this so Kelsey sees it. You have to move on from the garden salads. The food in the Sims 4 is actually made to be kind of like food in real life, different meals keep you full longer and can help you gain or lose weight. You will save so much time and money in the longterm if you prepare slightly more expensive meals than just salad. If you have vegetarian kids, a lot of the meals have a tofu version too! Your kids need protein!

Hey Kelsey, Sims just added a patch where you can multi-select items in your inventory that you can turn on and off (look for the icon under the diamond in the inventory panel, its default state is off) to sell items so you don't have to drag one at a time. You can also drag the box to make it larger, look for the three bars in the top middle of the inventory panel. This saves SO much time and annoyance. Just wanted to give you a heads up! Also, I am addicted to this show and I'm so glad you're back. I missed it so much. Thanks for bringing a little sunshine to my quarantine time. 🥰

Started watching this series when it started. It helped me get through a tough time in my life. I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant with a little girl on the way. Her name is going to be Lydia. So that's my name suggestion. For a boy I'd say Lucian :) can't wait to see this through so close to 100!

@@Alieta134 well, you see Alice, it wouldn't just be great for the story telling, the challenge it also about the kids having random traits! And they could have gone away with it, but the snob trait was literally visible on screen! And then she changed it, it's really disappointing. Doesn't feel right to do that :(

Tip for easy money - on the next harvestfest open up the seed packages. Pick a few flowers, plant them, they take little time to care for, your teens can get gardening skills that way. And, as you evolve them, you can get up to 400 simoleons per plant. Just avoid Dasies, they're almost wotrhless. Dalias, Begonias earn some nice money. By having just 5-10 flowers in my garden I can take care of a houshold financially easily.

I have a geology background and I taught Earth Science (now I teach AP Environmental Science and Chemistry). Trilobite (try-low-bite), one of my favorite fossils!! Fun story, when I would teach about paleontology and fossils I would pass around coprolite. After everyone saw it and touched it, I’d tell them what it is... fossilized feces. So much fun! Since I’m a science teacher, I have some science names: Boy - Herschel, Rigel (star in Orion constellation), Galileo Girl - Aurora, Nova, Luna So glad the show is back!
