A couple tips I’ve learned since starting the 100 baby challenge: - having a communal style bathroom is best because all kids, teens and matriarch can fix their hygiene and bladder at the same time EDIT: communal meaning showers and toilets behind separate doors with a central sink - hiring a repair service is the cheapest route to fix broken appliances (unless they have the time to fix them themselves) - buy THE BEST bed possible (the princess Cordelia) for children/teens and the matriarch because it ups their energy so quickly -don’t sell the beds/ potties for quick cash because it costs more in the long run - creating a specific room for homework with items that add positive focus moodlets (like saffron incense or pondering moves at a chess table) will make them finish homework quicker Hope these help! Gabi Matrecito, toddlers can only sleep in toddler beds. Which is sooooo annoying. But they do get a positive moodlet from napping on an expensive couch. You can also purchase from the Rewards Store a potion, so that the matriarch never has to sleep. Then they can just work on making lots of food, caring for the needs of the little ones and making some money. And thanks for the homework tip! That’s such a great idea!

I said it on the last video and I'll say it again: When you get a new house for Kasey, GET ONE WITHOUT THE LEY LINE TRAIT. I have been doing the 100 Baby Challenge and IT'S SO MUCH EASIER. A) I've almost never had a full house, so it's way less hectic and the matriarch is spending 99% of her time pregnant B) The matriarch is spending 99% of her time pregnant, so she's STILL a young adult like 30 kids in C) You're really not having kids that much faster with the trait, if it's faster at all, BECAUSE YOUR MATRIARCH IS SPENDING SO MUCH TIME NOT-PREGNANT. D) I've literally never had more than two toddlers at once. E) JUST GET ONE WITHOUT THE EVIL FREAKING LEY LINE TRAIT! I'm insistent because I care, Kelsey. Consider this an intervention. Whoever told you to get that freaking trait to make the challenge easier LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIED.

Absolutely! My matriarch has 48 children and she's still a young adult with 12 days to age up! I always call the next daddy over when she goes into labor (or invite him over the night before and ask him to spend the night) so she gets pregnant again as soon as she gets back from the hospital. I also have lot traits "good schools" and "child's play" to help the kids advance quicker. Toddlers still take time, but children are aged up in 2 days and teens in just 1 day! I do miss having multiples, but I fully believe I will get the whole challenge done with just one matriarch!

Some tips from a fellow Kelsey that should cut down on the anxiety and headaches: 1) It's actually highly counter-productive to have the Ley Line lot trait. It does what you're experiencing: the house fills up quickly with babies. This prevents the matriarch from becoming pregnant and makes her age faster, leading to less children per generation. It's better to just buy the Fertile trait and have the children, mostly, one at a time. 2) Use the reward traits and buyables! Getting the traits that make the matriarch rarely or never have to sleep/eat/etc bring the game to a whole new level. If you turn on Whims, before each child moves out they usually earn enough points to buy at least one mood fixer potion. I usually go for the one that fills up the sleep bar or restores all needs. Just buy it, transfer the potion to the matriarch, and you have a handy backstock if the she or any of the children need a pick-me-up. 3) The Convivial lot trait makes the Communication and Thought skills for toddlers go up really fast, especially if an older Sim is teaching them. 4) Garden. Buy some flower packets, plant some chrysanthemums, hire a daily gardener or do it yourself, and the money will start coming in fast. Works even better if you can get your hands on even rarer seeds, but chrysanthemums sell decently and are easy to get through the packets. 5) Teach the toddlers their skills instead of relying on the tablets. It goes so much faster, and this is relatively easy to do all the time if you follow the suggestions in #2. 6) Have your matriarch max a skill she can mentor, like painting. She can then quickly teach teens that skill so the skill requirement for graduation is completed swiftly. If any of these tips helped, I'd love for these names to be considered: Girl: Evianna, Heather, Renira, Stella Boy: Makaiya, Lucian, Eagan, Cedric

Everyone complaining that Kasey is looking like Chelsea.... Chelsea was resembling Kelsey herself. Her changing the looks of the Matriarch wasn't in order for her to look like Chelsea but to resemble herself more - because she is playing it, and she wants the main Sim to look a little like her. Which is totally understandable and absolutely okay. It is Kelsey's game after all and whether the matriarch is a brunette, redhead or blonde, it has next to no impact to how enjoyable it is to watch Kelsey do this challenge.

There's been a glitch since July's update where the toddlers will NOT finish eating even though they're still hungry w/o putting them in the high chair (which is its own form of glitch hell). It is MADDENING and I've been thinking of you Kelsey, with this challenge. LOL I've had to just cheat my toddlers needs multiple times because I cannot. But I'm not doing any challenges rn (and refuse to until it's fixed lol).

I've gotten around this glitch by feeding them fresh fruits and veggies. They never spoil and end up in their inventory after they've "eaten" them. They also grant one or two happy moodlets each time they are consumed, which is a great plus!
