First, each letter is sent in Morse code. Then it is spoken.

Greetings, Tony! Try to say the letter out loud in the short silent pause between the Morse code and the spoken answer. Listening passively won't help much in acquiring ICR (Instant Character Recognition). I wish you all the best on your Morse code journey! 73 de AD0WE

@@TonySanchezChannel For quickly getting up to a particular speed, it can be helpful to practice at multiple speeds in a given practice session. For example, you could practice in a stair-step fashion - 10min at 17wpm, 8min at 20wpm, 5min at 22wpm, and 2min at 25wpm. How much time you spend at a given speed might depend on perceived difficulty and overall accuracy. You could also go in the reverse direction. Some people get more benefit from speeding up vs. slowing down. If my accuracy falls below 50%, I'm not learning much because it is too hard. If my accuracy is above 90%, I'm not learning that much either. You might also try the Speed Racing sets, which embody the idea of practicing at multiple speeds.
