Nah this is too messy. Your point is valid and I agree taking on this role on your own is not a good idea. But don't spread the idea that every woman on her own without a man shouldn't get help from strangers when in need. Spread the message, but honestly people hold on to words and take what you said personally so instead of being helpful to a mother who could use some help in that moment, they won't cause they assume she must be single without a ring or man by her side. There are many reasons woman need to take a trip with babies without daddy there, we don't all expect strangers to step in and help but when they do if needed it's apeciated. Just don't encourage hatred towards a group of people, we can't stop to ask everyone the circumstances that got them where they are. Women with no kids and if you want them then definitely listen to the part about not doing it alone. I'm greatful to not have to do it alone and it is not easy, I can't imagine the scenario where I am alone.

This happened to me when I was cleaning my storage. This woman started begging me for help to clear her storage. She sells makeup, so her storage unit was full of boxes. I asked for $500. She tried to have me do it for free. I said no. I told this woman to get uHaul like me. She insisted I should do it because I'm a man. Then she asked " What's your number?"I said, why are you asking a married man for his number? After 20 minutes, I just walked away. I've always thought those women were 100% independent until that day.

I remember a story covered on Better Bachelor where a guy “stepped up” to help his single mom neighbor. He would watch the child while she was at work and after a few months of this she tried to get him for child support claiming he was acting as the child’s “father figure.” Thankfully it was thrown out. There was one single mother on twitter asking for advice as to whether or not she could put her neighbour on child support because he has been the primary male carer in her son's life by assisting her in looking after her son and babysitting him from time to time. Modern women are dangerous trash. I know it sounds awful but that really is the case. I just feel sorry for the kids.

I am so looking forward to the first court case of a child born by a doner, tracking down their father through one of these genes sites (this has happened already) and then having him pay for their college education. The man would say that the mother signed not to come after the doner for support but this would not be the mother asking for support but the child, and would say that they did not agree to that, or sign to agree. California is about as crazy as it gets so it should start with the first case there.

I took on the responsibility of taking care of my children after my divorce. Full stop, and as a grandmother, l have taken care of my grandchildren free of charge, bought their school clothes, xmas gifts, like l have a never-ending stream of income.
