That gate won’t hold anyone out except honest people. It’s too flimsy. It should be whole bamboo tree posts with spikes on top, and a big padlock (not a string that breaks too easily) that you lock going in an coming out. Not litttle strips that a baby can get in. Not only that he can come over the surrounding fences, anywhere. It’s not going to work unless he is very dense in the head….lol
