i think it's different things between neutral busbar and ground busbar, neutral busbar is a condition when we want to install the electrical component, while the ground busbar for carry leakage current to the earth/ground.

Why is the ceiling fan the one connected to the ground? Or all of the other appliances connected to the same SP MCB are already connected to the ground since the ceiling fan is? If so, are the only ones connected to the ground are the appliances connected to that particular SP MCB? Or the other SP MCBs are also connected as well as all the other appliances with it?

MCBs are effectively used to prevent any damage to the circuit or the electrical appliance during a sudden electrical surge. An RCCB circuit breaker, on the other hand, is meant primarily for the safety of human beings.

MCB allows only certain level of current to flow and it breaks the circuit when current more than limiting current flows at the time of shortcircuit Or overload. RCCB is also for safety but it works in completely different principle. It always compare the current in live wire and neutral wire and breaks the circuit when they are not same(for normal condition, currents in both wire should be same). Eg. U get electric shocked when current frm live wire flows through u to the ground (earth) without flowing back to neutral wire. Here, RCCB detects unequal current and gets itself into action. PS: answering for other viewers too in case they get same question.

Yes. Green wire should be connected to grounding rod. Neutral connection also come from electric pole as well as live connection.
