Hey there! I’m CUKO.
I'm a woman in my 50s, working part-time.
I live near Tokyo, Japan, with my husband and our son in his 20s.
Now that my son has become independent, I want to cherish time for myself.
When I reduced gluten, casein, caffeine, alcohol, sugar, and oil, my health improved dramatically.
