@user-bf7zw4qi7e They have a TV room 25 feet away. Just remove the TV from over the fireplace, and that room is perfect. I know a lot of older homes have to do this.

While I don’t like the TV above the fireplace either you really don’t have another good option in that room. And while the sunroom does have a TV; sometimes if you a family/friends gathering it’s not uncommon for them to split off to watch different things.
