porte-cochère!! I learn something!!! Covered entrance to garage!! Extremely large common areas. Plenty of storage and large windows (nice arched windows too)❤! Nice primary BdR with large cathedral ceiling WOW!! Wonderful primary bathroom with ‘separate’ his/her sinks! Stand alone tub 👍🏿 lol! Everything in Brentwood is expensive!! Very nice house!!! The only thing I strongly dislike is.......well Marcus, you can just about guess what it is! Why only 0.6 acres? A house this magnitude needs 1 acre minimum and too close to the neighbors for this type of money! I grade this house 9.9 out of ten!!! Beautiful finishes, attention to detail, love that ALL of the cabinetry is inset throughout the house!!! I wished they'd carried the tile all the way to the ceilings in the pantry, utility room, and bathrooms!!!

Great tour…music, not so much 😂. I just wish the ceiling heights were higher and transom windows were added. Loving the inset cabinets. Pure class. Also, put a shower wand in all the showers. Makes cleaning so much easier. Also …primary shower….give me a proper bench in the shower to sit. Not a fan of those corner angles. Primary closet is too small. The flooring is gorgeous. Q. What is with those big vents in all the walls?

Looks like they laid the floor after the baseboards. Guess that’s why they used quarter rounds on the baseboard. That would be a dealbreaker for me.

I'm too tired after the workday to do all that maneuvering to park car in a garage. A porte-cochère is lovely, but damn I'm too tired y'all. I love the doors and windows!! I love an arch. Love the champagne bronze up until I saw it paired with yellow gold in the bathrooms. Somebody's give-a-damn broke by that point. Love the floors, floorplan, kitchen, mid-tone wood, choice of tiles all throughout. Very pretty home. Barn doors were it for about 5 minutes. That was 10 years ago. I wish they'd stop with these barn doors with the most basic of door style in these luxury homes.

Couldn’t take my eyes off the quarter round layered over the baseboard through the whole house that lazy flooring companies install. Otherwise beautiful house.

Thanks for the awesome videos. This house is a beauty! Please show the layout earlier, preferably at or near the beginning. Where you display it, you have your portrait and preview to suggested videos covering the layout of the house. It kind of defeats the purpose of showing it.
